Oh my gosh, rat tails were sooo popular when I was in Junior High (20 years ago) all the boys had them. Then they all cut them off. I can't say Ive seen them making a comeback in my area, yet anyways.
As for the Toms shoes, I never heard of or saw them, but the camel cord wedges are soooooooo cute I might need to get a pair, and help charity of course!
