I'd transition him back when he is better. If it happens again, then switch. If he has been good on the food for 2+ weeks, then it's likely a bug. But if it happens again, then maybe time to switch. Didn't they do well on the regular SD?

I assume you mean Himalayan Chews. Definitely pull those until he gets better. Cheese chews aren't good for dogs (JMHO).
