Thanks you everyone on your input. I've been reading so much about flying your puppy in cargo, I am dreading the day. It's just that for some personal reason, I would like to bring him along and also he's so attached to us, it'd be stressful to leave him behind.
If it was possible, I wouldn't think for a second to buy him a separate human flight ticket so he can ride in the cabin with us, but unfortunately it's not possible.
We had to take trains last time we had to go somewhere and instead of 1-hour-flight, it turned out to be 12 hours nightmare on the train. I was fine though, because Teddy was with us, but this time it'd be easier to take the flight.
I've talked to my friend who's been traveling with a Yorkie and he says Cody did just fine. Granted, they were all short trips (less than 2 hours) and supposedly they put your pet in a separate cargo cabin (not where the luggage go).
I am still reading about all possibilities, I can't really make up my mind on this.
