I agree. Dental cleaning and any tooth extractions and a good brushing program. Get that baby to the vet ASAP since the worst odor could be due to a tooth that is ready to abscess through the skin! You won't necessarily be able to tell by looking, either. A real vet needs to examine your dog. Plus, diseases can cause bad breath so you need a check up for that but get that baby in soon as a tooth could be ready to break through the skin from infection.
