I hardly got any sleep last night because all I wanted to do was watch Parker and make sure he was breathing okay and watch for any signs of internal injury (the vet sent me home with a list of instructions) I am attempting to contact my neighbor of course he isn't answering his phone and thanks to the hurricane I think I am going to have to wait to go over there and speak with him. But I am going to call animal control and the police in order to report it so that it can be documented! I do not want this happening to any one else's puppy or childen..we have two young children who recently moved into the neighborhood and I would hate those dogs to get any where near them
