Is the one turning white the one in your avatar? She is very light! She also looks like a little chihuahua might have been in the mix somewhere in the line.

Color anomalies do happen in pure bred yorkies, especially having colors mixed where they should not be. They should just be spayed/neutered and loved! Very far off-standard color differences (like an all white) are often the result of non-pure bred dogs being in the ancestry somewhere -- maybe not even from the breeder a person got their dog from but further back in the line.
