Is it possible that she may have Maltese in her? If you got her off Craigslist? My little one is half and half and she has a champagne color to her, and like you if I cut the tips off of black and red she'd look all white or champagne. I know most Yorkie / Maltese mixes take the color of the Yorkie but in my case that did not happen and I know a couple of others that also took more of the Maltese. Elaine
