I'm new to this forum, my name is Diana...my friend Deeda9999 with Gilmore and Skittles said this is the greatest place!!
My Shadow is 7 months old and two and a half weeks ago-- he was very healthy until I decided to have him neutered. Problems started 2 days after he came home. His back legs became lame. After 2 weeks of tests and trips to the hospital he has been diagnosed with GME. A chronic inflammation of the spinal cord. They told me he could be managed with meds but basically he would never regain use of his legs and his prognosis was very poor.

It is breaking my heart. I don't know what to do. My children are devastated.
