One thing you can try is to put her in her crate or playpen when you are home in another room. Start off for short periods, five minutes, then let her see you. Go again for five and then go get her out. You need to get her to associate your leaving with your coming back. The trick is not to go run in there the second she starts to fuss, if you have to let her fuss for a bit but walk by the door, make noise, let her know you are there.
