Okay all, so I'm a moron and I need help. I CANNOT for the life of me remember if I took all 3 of my fish oil pills. I am trying to spread them out today because they've been upsetting my stomach. I counted out three this morning and took one. I then went to look for the other two just now when I remembered I left them out on the table. I only found ONE. I don't know if I took the other with lunch (I can't remember!!!) or if one of the pups got it
Is one 1000mg HUMAN gel of fish oil going to hurt them? Harlie is 4lbs now and Rylie is 6lbs. I know dogs can have fish oil, but I don't know if they can have the human kind. Vet is closed today. Help???
I THINK I took it with lunch, but I am not 100% positive. The pups don't smell like fish and are acting completely normal.
I imagine they couldn't have swallowed it without chewing right? I don't see any signs of the gel.
I looked up the dosing and it is supposed to be 20mg per pound of body weight, meaning the 1000mg gel was WAY too much for either of them. I can't find anything online saying it is toxic or bad for them unless it has vitamin A or E in it (which mine do NOT).
I really think I took it with lunch, but this is me being a worry wart mama.
