The sit, stay, come command is the hardest, but only because you have to practice it every single day. I never worry about open doors because Kaji was taught to sit and stay before going out of any door. That includes bedroom doors, the bathroom, and the front door. I could have the front door wide open and Kaji won't walk out. I don't temp fate, and the door is not left open. Everyday, every door was a training opportunity. Kaji knows which are allowed areas, and the others he waits to get invited. Like into the kitchen, or outside, he waits for the "ven" (come in Spanish) command.
