Thanks so much guys! I'm going to take y'all's suggestions and give it a try. This crap has gone on long enough, and I'm tired of him winning.
Truth is, in a way, I don't blame him for putting up such a fuss. The meds that the derm gave us to use stung him really badly, and caused him to rub his little head on the carpet. I called the derm back and told him how much it hurt Neo, and he called in another script to our vet. This other stuff is very mild, as we've used it before, but Neo AIN'T HAVIN' IT, lol!
