Does anyone else notice their yorkie sometimes moving their mouth up and down, kind of like they're trying to talk? It's not like he is actually opening his mouth so you can see in it, but his little lips at the front of his mouth move fast. Is this a bad thing, is it normal, or is it just a quirk?
