I asked my vet this week about the safety of the chews when I had my two in for a check up. He said they are fine for them to chew he has never seen a problem with them and he checked over their teeth and said they looked pretty good. Mine don't leave many crumbs as they chew a while and then they lick off the crumbs. (poor starving things)
