I agree with the green potty patches. I would give them a try. Julius hates to get wet. Yesterday we had some pretty bad thunderstorms and I am currenlty training him (well trying) to use the potty patches for rainy days. I live right outside of Phila Pa and we are also supposed to get hit pretty hard from Irene. I wish you the best.. Please keep us updated and let us know how it goes.
