My sincere apologies for overlooking your application. At 15 pounds, Murphy could be RUNNING the Teapot Club! Unfortunately, even though I accept partial blame, a picture and current age must accompany all Teapot Club applications.

Normally, you couldn't reapply for 2 years, but since I didn't see your application sooner, you may reapply immediately.
