And I'll say it again I have nothing against adopting from a shelter it's the first place I looked, but there aren't any around here And the one that is, I think is too expensive for an older dog, if I'm going to pay that much I'd rather have a puppy. I guess that's just my opinion though. I love shelter dogs my little Hank is awesome, so nothing against them.

If the puppies were born in July and not June should I ask her too keep the puppy with the mother a little longer?
Even if the puppies were born on July first and were let go the first weekend in September its only 9 weeks old. Thats is way to young for a puppy. Asking for the breeder too keep it longer won't guarentee against defects and health issues, it will help with some behavior issues that will come with getting a pup so young. This breeder does not sound ethical. Any breeder who breeds mixed dogs are not in it for the betterment of the breed because a Yorkie Poo is not a breed its to be blunt a mutt. If you are set on a yorkie then go to YTCA.org and find a breeder with in a couple hours of you. A lot of breeders will meet you halfway. There are a lot of breeders on here that can help you find a reputable breeder near you.
