Thanks for your posts! I'm just going to keep a close eye on her. I know I will be in the car at the first sign of distress. I pinned down the dh and asked him just how much he thought she ate. He said he had already eaten a lot of the potato mixture but had left the skin. He said she ate about half of the skin, but I'm sure there was some potato mixture sticking to it.
