My 12yr old takes 1/2 tablet of Lasix daily (in the morning) for an enlarged heart and fluid build up. The pill makes him hyper for awhile and he walks around in circles. He is also blind. He wants to drink all the time and he started peeing in his cage which he never did before. He will bark and bark early in the morning because he wants to get out of the cage away from where he wet. In addition, he will lick towels and blankets non-stop. Don't know if anyone else has ever had this problem or can offer advice. I love Gizmo very much, but at times I just get very irritated with him. Don't know what to do?
