I too have the stainless steel 360 drinkwell fountain. I love it and so do the dogs. I love watching them drink from it. Some will drink from the bowl while others prefer to drink from the stream. It is very easy to clean, put together and take apart, you can do it all in just a few minutes. It does have a few plastic pieces but the majority of it is stainless steel. It is big though if that is something you are looking at. I have several dogs though so it fits us just great.
I also have 2 petmate fountains. I liked them alright but they are such a pain to clean and they are plastic so no matter how much you clean them you still feel like it isn't clean. The dogs also preferred drinking out of the stainless steel one so I gave the plastic one to my cat.
The stainless steel 360 drinkwell is a bit more pricey but well worth it in my opinion.
