AAHA accreditation is important. If I had to choose between two offices and knew nothing about either, I'd pick the AAHA one.
But that doesn't mean AAHA vets are always good and non AAHA are always bad. Actually a couple-few AAHA hospitals that I'm thinking of wouldn't be allowed to touch my dog with a 10 foot pole. So there are most definately other things to consider.
The $122 would be on the high side here.
