Our Bella ONLY potties outside. She hates to be wet. We are in NY midway between Rochester and Buffalo on the shore of Lake Ontario. Didn't know we were getting severe weather on Sunday. Thanks for the update. We usually just carry her out under an umbrella and set her down under our biggest tree.
If it's really heavy rain we just have to wait til a break. She doesn't like rain so she seems to hold it until we take her out. Once she sees it's raining she doesn't ask to go out.
No real words of wisdom. We always thought maybe the garage would work since it's not the house.
