Vacuum everything thoroughly, every nook and cranny. Someone suggested on another thread putting a flea collar inside the vacuum bag. Otherwise, replace the bag and bring the used one outdoors when finished.
Keep vacuuming, because eggs continue to hatch.
Wash everything that can washed: bedding and clothing.
If you see more on your pup, bathe with original Dawn dish soap. The blue one.
Hopefully you caught the flea early and will be able to get rid of them quickly.
