Personally I'm not a fan of Iams but you have to use what food is working best for your dog. There are some dogs that cannot tolerate the higher quality foods because it's too rich on their systems. I feel that if you can feed your dog a higher quality food and they can tolerate it, then by all means feed it. For me, I use primal raw in the morning for breakfast for Sasha and Blue Buffalo Wilderness kibble for dinner in the evening. It has worked the absolute best for her. Her coat is extremely soft & silky, she has an abundant amount of energy and overall she's an extremely happy dog. All of her treats are all natural as well. I'm definitely all about the all natural foods and feel they're the best for dogs, but that's just my opinion and like I said not all dogs can tolerate foods like these.
