Good luck in making daily changes - go slow and easy at first - that'll make it easier and you'll be more prone to stick with it.
When you make a change, stick with it thereafter. Don't go back to old ways, please! You won't be helping yourself.
It wouldn't hurt to go back and read the posts that already have good tips in them. If you want to, do a copy and paste in Word and print them off. That's the best idea yet rather than try to remember it all.
