Shield is what my neighbor, who is involved with English Cocker Spaniel Rescue, calls a "failed foster." I guess that means that the foster family has "failed" since they couldn't bring themselves to give up their foster dog to a new home, but in my view, you are a WINNER! Shield is adorable. |
