I think we NEED our Yorkies. They give us something that no one else does. Total Acceptance and Unconditional Love. They never judge us. They don't take us for granted. They are always happy to see us. What ever we want to do or not do, is fine with them. They don't care if we are fat or thin, dressed up or in our PJs. They don't notice the dust on top the book shelf, or care if we have nice car or a raggy dented one. All they care about, is spending time with us.
Jealous husbands ? I would ask them, 'Why do you think I like spending time with my Yorkie ?' Then I would tell them what I get from my Yorkie. I would not start complaining about what I don't get from them ( the boy friend, husband, sign. other). Let them think it over and see what happens. |
