Guilty of feeling guilty!!
Granted, I was a stupid teen with limited resources and not much of responsibilities for that matter. It was before I re-payed it with 4 years of military service in the Navy. I had to pay it back, as the person who lost the wallet was a retired military member. Now, I can speak freely of it, because the statute of limitations has long passed!
