I honestly don't know how much was used. I just know the meat was seasoned with the onion and garlic powders when it was cooked, but I don't know how much of each there was in it. You could definitely taste the seasoning in the meat though. It was a fairly small amount of meat that she got, like I said maybe a tablespoon, but I'm still scared. I would have felt better if the peroxide had worked but she knows that trick so she wouldn't go near it. As far as issues to look for, is it just the typical stomach upset? Is it true that if there is an issue with red blood cells her urine will change color? What a day, first an earthquake and now this!
