So diabetes is ruled out?
This is not normal and is medically urgent. Yes, time for a second opinion no later than tomorrow morning. Hopefully the antibiotic just isn't working, but it sounds like something else. Stones would need to be ruled out, but she seems very young for that. Bloodwork is an okay indicator of kidney function. I'd wonder about the kidney and liver values. Has the urine been sent for culure and sensitivity testing?
