Maybe start with the vaccumm(sp?) off and take him up to it and be calm and give him treats when he approaches it rationally. Then when he is calm with it off and moving, try turning it on, and just take him closer a little at a time as.
I have no clue if this will work but it's what I do with horses when they are irrational with things and it's what i would do with Pita if she had a problem with like that. |
