I posted on your other thread already, but I'd say this. There is no right or wrong answer right now. Fighting for her life while it is still possible for her to get better is not wrong, but ending her suffering and even taking financial status into consideration is not wrong either. This is something only you can decide.
She is at a veterinary hospital and isn't in extreme pain. It is perfectly acceptable to keep trying. It doesn't sound like she is with a specialist. If not, she needs to be. Feeding the wrong foods will make her symptoms worse.
I can only say what I would do. If money didn't come into the conversation, I would be at a vet school with her for assessment. If it still looks this way in a few days after the proper diet is tried, etc., then I'd think about making a decision. But this is your pup and you know her best. You are also the only person who knows your financial state and how far you think you should go.
