Oh, gosh, sorry that happened to you! Why do people have to be so rude! I know I was just trying to help as you seemed to ask for it. It gets sometimes I won't respond for fear of angering someone and that is never my intent. When someone asks for ideas, I will give them out of trying to help the dog having trouble and not trying to upset the owner.
