Sounds like what happened with my Chihuahua, Whiskey. There's more then likely a problem with her Kidneys, and you're going to have to make sure she gets an IV of saline(your vet can give it to you, so you can do it at home.) If it is her kidneys, then you're going to end up getting 2 or 3 different pills that you'll have to crush up and put into Gatorade. The gatorade will make sure she's hydrated and give her electrolytes.
Always get a second opinion. The family vet that we've been going to for a decade didn't find anything wrong when he was doing tests just told us to make sure he's eating and drinking. Then we went to another vet and found out Whiskey's kidneys were failing.
