The jumping will not be too much trouble. I have not let Max and Abby jump on any of the furniture since they came home with me. Yes, I have been sitting on the floor with them since mid-June. Abby is not going to get fixed until she is about 7 months old - the vet wanted to wait because she is only 3.1 pounds. So until after she gets her little surgery, the floor is where we will be. I have the doggie ramp for the bed and stairs for the couch in the spare bedroom just waiting for them.
My biggest concern right now is preventing him from eating poop in the middle of the night. Last night I heard them moving around at 3am and went to check on them and they were snacking on a piece of poop! EW!!! And then they wanted to give me poop kisses as I cleaned it up. |
