I had terrible heartburn during pregnancy and used to chew those things called "Chewz" or something like that constantly until I learned to eat low fat and several small meals a day. Still needed those mint chewing gum things even then. Boy, when I was 8 mos. we went out for a special spaghetti dinner to a fine restaurant and it took 24 hours to get over the effects of all that burning, fatty food I scarfed down! I still remember the after effects of that dinner out! I changed right back to being very good after that meal!
