I'm not religious, but I'll light candles for your baby and well cross paws that your baby is not brain damaged and will recover fast !

Was he loose when the car hit him ? Try to watch out that he never gets loose again so this won't happen again, Fido is never unleashed unless he's on a fenced area, maybe you can trust your dog but you can't trust the cars and other people.
