I have thought about that, but yesterday for example, I had toast for breakfast- one piece of cheese pizza for lunch- and a bowl of cereal for dinner around 6-ish. I snacked on animal crackers throughout the day and only had water. I was burning like I had stuffed myself with spicy nachos.

Yes, here is what is on my safe list.
OTC Pepcid, Tagamet, Zantac
Tums, Rolaids, Riopan, Mylanta, Maalox, Maalox Plus, and Mylanta II

Everyone tells me they had such heartburn with reflux. I have yet to experience reflux that goes up into my neck. My burning is like I have swallowed hot coals and they are setting in my stomach.
