Ok, not really
I was only able to get about 2-3 hours of sleep last night and spent the other several hours eating Tums in the recliner and dealing with heartburn. It was another attack that literally makes it hard to take a breath.
I have come to terms with the fact this is a side effect of pregnancy but I am wondering if any of you have advice on how to deal with this.

PLEASE! share if you do.
I am not eating large meals or anything right before bed time. I sleep with several pillows and have my head elevated. I feel like I am doing what I can to prevent it and it is still occuring. Are there remedies to ease or stop it once it has started?
