I am a POP color girl. If I were wearing a neutral dress and it was all one color with no pattern, I would wear a pop color shoes & bag. For that dress I'd probably go bright fuschia, or purple maybe.... I bet you could get some fab heels that have tones of grey & black (the dress looked more silvery than ivory to me, but it could be my eyes) and either black or grey would look great with it. I think almost any bright color would look great too. Try a shoe in a pattern material.... with a monochormatic dress, it really stands out and looks great. If the pattern in the shoes has black in it you could carry a black bag. Go big or go home girlfriend!!!
