I see many valid points in the responses you have received. 1. Yes she is a puppy with a busy mind and body. She is learning things right now at a very fast pace. Because you can not be a stay at home person. She is left with her own doggy ideas about what is ok. IMO (in my opinion) A good doggie Day care would help.
2. Coprophagia/ poop eating is sometimes difficult to stop. I strongly recommend teaching her to poop on command. Paul Loeb wrote a book called Smarter than you think about training your dog. I disagree with many things he teaches. But he has a method that works with poop eaters. On page 133 The Cardboard Match Trick. I have used a cotton swab coated with petroleum jelly instead of a match stick. I hope you can find this book at the library or on line, if not private email me and I will send you the info. 3. Being Hyper may just mean she needs exercise. Try to teach her how to play fetch. You can stan or sit in a lawn chair and toss the ball for her, take her on walks, give her a KONG toy that makes her work for tiny treats. Remember if you are calm and easy going this will help her be calm too. Hope this helps.
