I don't do the supplements, but I do use Shakeology. My diet initially consisted of Michi's ladder in the top 2 tiers only.I did that to reach my goal quicker, but it was definitely a struggle for me to stick to Michi's ladder. Now, I just eat in moderation whatever I want. I try to stay with lean meats (chicken, fish and tenderloin, i like all veggies and seasonal fruits. I don't drink sodas, I'm water only. I do have my days that I cave and eat junk food, but it happens maybe 3-4 times a month. Hope that helps.
