Agree with the others, I would certainly have the vet running some tests as soon as possible. A full blood panel and bile acids to start with at least. Adult dogs usually don't have hypoglycemia issues for no reason- my dogs, who are both 5 pounds, have gone days without eating if they are bring stubborn and have never shown any symptoms.
