Welcome to Yorkie Talk!
I agree, she sounds like a healthy puppy. I can only suggest exercise and training. I am a fan of Cesar Millan's mantra of exercise, obedience and affection, and have found it to be a great help to me, dealing with having a puppy again after many years.
The Forbid is also something I would recommend, or something similar such as Prozyme. Perhaps a Kong toy of some kind that drips out treats here and there as it's knocked about can help to channel some of the energy while you're working, as it will give her something to do with her mouth other than put it on things she shouldn't be.
I would also talk to your vet about the coprophagia, which can be caused by the puppy not fully digesting the food she is eating. No training in the world be effective, if there is an underlying medical reason behind it.
Again, welcome to YT, and good luck to you and your puppy.
