Then on a dry matter basis (water removed) it is 20% fat. Not terribly high for a canned food, so it's worth asking your vet if they think cat food is ok.
If you wanted to be safe and keep fat content low, then 20% is a bit high. Almost never a reason to feed a food so high in fat.
Also, because it's a cat food, only cats have gone through any testing when eating it and there aren't going to be reports of things going wrong when dogs eat it because dogs don't eat it. So I do think there are much better choices out there for the average Yorkie. However, if you like the food and the brand, then I'd ask how they feel about feeding cat food.
