I gotta try and re-train Chibi to pee pads since we live where it snows now and I'm working again. I never told him pads were bad but I think once he learned outside he feels weird going inside. I feel bad because I think he holds it as long as he can before he goes on a pad. Hopefully I can teach him its ok!
