I know how you feel. When I dropped Copper off to have the same, I was unprepared for them to say he would be there all day. I called a friend and we went to breakfast and then to her house to watch movies. By the time the two movies were over, it was about time to pick up Copper. I am so grateful to my friend for distracting me while I worried about my little furbaby.
I hope you can do something like this with a friend so you won't be going crazy for the day. Copper was 4 lbs. when I had this done. He came through it perfectly. I loved cuddling him and loving on him when it was over. You have my sympathy and prayers!
