When I got Bentley I didnt know a whole lot about the breed and I am still learning everyday. A friend of mine asked me if I would call my breeder and ask about any puppies she may have. I called and then went to her website to look at the pictures. I knew she bred partis and never thought much about it until now. I think they are gorgeous. Some of the pictures listed that they could be carriers of the parti gene although they look normal to me. Bentley's dad has white on his chin and chest. Bentley looks like his dad to a T with the same white markings. He is about a year and a half now. Basically his entire chest is white. I love the white on his chin when it grows out. I guess my question is, could he be a carrier of the gene or is he a parti? I am just so curious about this. I have just never thought much about it until reading about it here on YT and seeing so many pictures of them. I love her parti colored yorkies though. They are beautiful and Id love to own one some day. I love Bentley's white markings.
