You put water into this thing that looks like a little teapot with a long spout. Then you lean your head to the side and pour the water in. I've never done it but I watched it done (of all places on Regis and Kelly a while back).
I'm w you, I couldn't pour water up my nose. You're supposed to tip your head the other way then, and the water comes out the other side of your nose - yuck!
