Charging a non refundable deposit is very common here in Fl. as is an additional charge per pet, per month. It was cheaper for my son to buy a house(per month) than to rent an apartment in a nice area. The apartment charged $500 non refundable deposit and $50 per pet, per month ! Also if there were 3 complaints you had to get rid of your pet or move out ! |
